SonusCare Standard (9x5)
The SonusCare Standard 9x5 Plan delivers full, responsive maintenance and support services during normal, GMT business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday). In compliance with regulatory mandates, customers serviced under this plan will not be eligible for services beyond normal business hours, with the exception of 24X7 online access to the Sonus Knowledge Center. With this plan, customers have the option to purchase major and minor software release upgrades separately at an additional cost per Sonus element upgrade. The Basic 9x5 Plan includes:
- 9x5 Technical Assistance Center telephone support
- Bug fixes/patches/maintenance releases
- 30 days repair and return
- 9x5 third-party service and support for products purchased from Sonus Networks
- 24x7 online access to the Sonus Knowledge Center, which includes warnings, bulletins and alerts
Note: There is no after-hours service and support available with the basic 9x5 Plan, and no continuous effort available. These restrictions include any and all variations of per event, or time & materials service, no matter the severity level.
