President and CEO
As President and CEO of Sonus since 2010, Ray Dolan leads an Executive Leadership Team focused on Sonus’ vision to lead the telecommunication industry in the movement of intelligent real-time communications across mobile, social and Cloud environments.
Prior to Sonus, Ray served as Senior Vice President and CEO of QUALCOMM/Flarion Technologies; Chairman and CEO of Flarion Technologies; and COO of NextWave Telecom.
Outside of Sonus, Ray is a Board Member of American Tower Corporation (NYSE: AMT).
A U.S. Naval Academy graduate with a degree in mechanical engineering, Ray was an officer in the U.S. Marine Corp. and spent more than seven years as a tactical jet pilot. Ray also earned an M.B.A from Columbia University School of Business.
SVP Worldwide Sales
As Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Michael is responsible for targeting and selling to service provider, enterprise and channel markets around the globe.
With more than 20 years of experience, Michael has a proven track record of selling and marketing high-tech products across the Unified Communication, managed services, networking and collaboration industries.
Prior to Sonus, he served Executive Vice President, Sales and Business Development at Yorktel; Senior Vice President of Global Field Operations at Polycom; and Vice President of Global Services and Global Strategic Channels at Avaya.
Michael holds an M.B.A from Dominican University and a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University.
CTO, SVP Engineering and Operations
As Chief Technology Officer, Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations, Kevin Riley drives Sonus’ innovation and development activities, with a particular focus on enabling SDN and NFV Cloud-based architectures of the future.
Kevin has more than 20 years of software development and engineering experience and has been instrumental in Sonus’ efforts to drive an industry leading technology roadmap, including the award winning Sonus SBC SWe (software edition) and SBC 7000, the two most successful new product introduction in Sonus’ history. Before this role at Sonus, he served as Vice President of Platform Engineering and Director of Core Software.
Prior to Sonus, he held Software Development Manager positions at Verivue, Sentito Network, Cisco and Telebit.
Kevin received a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Northeastern University and holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Jeffrey M. Snider
SVP, CAO and General Counsel
As Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, Jeff Snider ensures that the talent resources, operational facilities and legal support collectively serve the strategic plan for Sonus’ future.
During his nearly 30 years of experience, including 20 years of in-house counsel experience, Jeff has been a change agent who has strengthened leadership teams by identifying and executing strategies that led to the achievement of corporate and operational goals. He previously served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of BMS, Inc.; Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Geac Computer Corporation, Ltd.; and Senior Vice President and General Counsel with the original management team at Lycos.
Jeff earned a doctorate degree in law from the University of Virginia School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree from Amherst College.
As the interim CFO, Susan Villare leads Sonus’ financial accounting, planning, and treasury teams. Susan is committed to maximizing long-term shareholder value and ensuring a balanced portfolio of growth initiatives.
Susan has more than 26 years of financial experience, most recently serving as Vice President of Financial Planning, Analysis and Treasury at Sonus.
Prior to Sonus, she served as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at BigBand Networks, Chief Financial Officer at Burst Media and Chief Financial Officers at MatrixOne.
Susan holds a B.S. in accounting from Boston College School of Management, with Summa Cum Laude honors. She is also a certified public accountant (CPA).
VP, Product Management and Marketing
As Vice President of Product Management and Marketing, Mykola Konrad leads Sonus’ global product, Channel and corporate marketing initiatives.
Mykola has more than 17 years of technology development and product management experience, most recently serving as Director of Product Management at Sonus.
Prior to Sonus, he served as Senior Product Manager at Microsoft; Product Manager at Avaya; Software Developer at Panasonic and Software Developer at Ariel Corporation.
Mykola holds an M.B.A from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
