The Sonus ePSX, which uses the same code base as the proven PSX product, provides network managers powerful policy management capabilities in a cost effective, smaller footprint deployed within the Series 5000 SBC platform as a virtualized application, enable d through licensing. Containing the vast majority of capabilities of the stand-alone PSX,in use in some of the largest distributed networks in the world, the ePSX is well suited to enterprises and small service providers looking to optimize use of their network resources by centralizing the management of network level policies and dialing plans.Larger Service providers looking to be able to rapidly deploy a new Point of Presence (POP) or to augment their failover capabilities will find value in this product.
